Women over 65 dance Tribal Fusion Bellydance and meet up every Tuesday to learn new steps. If necessary whilst sitting, however the steps are designed to be suitable for all ages, no matter how advanced!

The goals included proving that older women are beautiful, and able to be very elegant and dance gracefully in great costumes, no bare bellies of course! Also, to make new friends and stay fit. And it is a great success!

The Golden Girls performed in the Matinee Mash-Up every year and at other events.

The Golden Girls project will continue – we have gifted it to Renate Bakker, along with all the costumes and props.
