Bachata is a dance style that is originally from the Dominican Republic but is now danced by many people from all over the world. The dance style is very closely relating to Bachata music. Bachata is a social dance style, you dance with a partner, but it is also possible to dance alone. Shalini Shines has her own interpretation of Bachata, which is beaming with energy! Join her in this amazing, entry-level workshop.

Shalini Shines is a CoDarts Alumnus, working as a Zumba and Bachata instructor, and Vocal Coach. Next to this, she is also one of the lead vocalists in the band Scotown and an actress.
The workshop takes place LIVE at TR Witte de With on the floor of the big theatre (with enough space to keep 1,5 meter distance). If you prefer to stay at home, you can buy a livestream ticket and tune in via Zoom. The total amount of places will be strictly limited, to allow productive feedback.
